Starting off our new teaching series called ‘Song Stories’, Nathan and Phoebe will be looking at the hymn ‘It is well with by soul’ by Horatio Spafford. Here they explore how the song was inspired by the death of Haratio’s four young children in a maritime accident. They look at how this song give them comfort at the tragic loss of their own baby daughter, Viola. Nathan goes on to say that our ‘inner wellness’ is not found in our circumstances but found in Jesus.
